Great Company! Brandon (owner) came out and did some work for me himself. Usually don’t get the owner to come out to work but he did. Very professional did a great job and the best was he actually showed up on time! These workers nowadays NEVER show up on time which to me is okay as long as they call to let you know that they’re running late. Yard looks great! Thank you Brandon! Highly Recommend

I was completely satisfied with Floridist, from start to finish. I did an online request for quotes with several sod companies. Only 3 responded. Floridist not only got back to me quickly, but sent someone out for an in-person quote within a couple of days.
I had a written proposal from Brandon that same day. We had a unique situation where we had to resurrect a buried sprinkler system in between grass removal and the new sod being laid. He cheerfully worked with us on that timeline. He also gave updates via text or email about the schedule. I’m extremely happy with the results!

Out of the blue our yard started dying so we contacted multiple companies to determine the cause & offer solutions. He had the soil tested, then killed the effected area, tilled the area twice and put down new sod. Brandon & his team completed the project as outlined & agreed upon in a timely manner.
